  • Synopsis

......"Where Jeremiah was born the sun glittered silver on a lake full of life. Crashing waves on  the rocks in winter storms were always loud, and in spring the air was fresh with shore flowers. Each season brought its own smells, blowing in over the Sea of Galilee. Jeremiah was blind, but, although his world was dark, it was full of sound and love.".....

Beholding Beauty: An Easter Miracle is a beautiful softback book coming out for this Lent and Easter and is about Jesus, after His Resurrection, healing a blind boy. It is an imaginary story about the sort of things we know Our Lord actually did do, and is based around the people He may well have met and befriended, and the places He visited. At the back of the book there are excerpts from Scripture describing how Jesus healed a man born blind, and also the second miraculous catch of fish.

A Perfect Christmas Book

I'm always on the hunt for beautiful Christmas books for my children and this one is wonderful. I particularly like how the muted colours fill the pages and give a greatness to the sky behind Ephraim.

The story is a clever combination of two Bible stories, and for little ones it's a perfect story of God's love.

I'm very pleased to add this to our Christmas collection!

I cannot wait for my kids to see it

Just want to say I received this beautiful book today - not only did I cry at how beautiful it was I cannot wait for my kids to see it (it is being saved for Easter Sunday!) I’d say it’s most suited to 6 and under but I’m going to order one for each teacher at my son's school when I can afford to also. Madeleine Carroll this is stunning work

These illustrations are beautiful and the story is short, but still engaging to our little ones

These illustrations are beautiful and the story is short, but still engaging to our little ones. The image of The Last Supper got me especially right now with no masses available due to covid. God bless all these artists who do work for the glory of God.

Amazing Book to discover nature with my child

"I bought this for my toddler who loves books and loves being read to. The theme is captivating and engaging, and the pictures are beautifully matched to the words.

We counted squirrels and talked about the rainbow and the stream. I could see my toddler's thought processes as she imagined the smells and the sounds and I'm really pleased that the book gave us so much to talk about and think about together.

It's thoroughly engaging and worth every penny, and even has a list of activities to do at the end.

Highly recommended."
